3 Day Blinds is hiring a Design Consultant who will meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them through the buying decision in a single visit.

Qualifications

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day, and 4 days during the week.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
