Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments, offering in-home consultations to help clients design and purchase tailored solutions. You’ll meet clients in their homes, guide them through decisions, and close sales on the first visit, with company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training.

Territories are local and travel-based, with uncapped earning potential and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who builds relationships and helps others make decisions they feel great about.
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
