Job summary

Lifetime Home Remodeling is seeking elite in-home sales professionals to drive sales and customer satisfaction in the San Diego area. This full-time, field-based role offers uncapped commissions with potential annual earnings between $150,000 and $450,000, supported by premium health benefits, a 401(k) match, and mileage reimbursement.

Expect pre-qualified, company-set appointments from trusted sources and the need to work evenings and weekends based on client availability.

Qualifications

• Sales mastery in in-home or commission-based sales; experience with Infinity from Marvin is a major plus.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with strong work discipline.
• Clear, persuasive communication and confident customer interactions.
• Spanish-speaking is a strong plus.
• Licensed in-home sales license where required by law.
• Must have reliable transportation and driver's license; ability to carry up to 50 lbs during in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Conduct in-home consultations with pre-set leads, offering an educational and value-driven experience that earns trust and builds rapport.
• Customized Proposals: Provide tailored design and pricing options that highlight the beauty, performance, and ROI of Lifetime’s window and siding systems.
• Project Ownership: Guide clients from consultation through close, delivering white-glove service throughout the process.
• Market Growth: Network with country clubs, HOA leaders, realtors, and local influencers to build relationships that fuel long-term business development.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and customer care teams to ensure a 5-star customer experience from start to finish.
