A Better Solution In Home Care is seeking an experienced HCA Caregiver in Oceanside, CA to support clients with memory care needs. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meal planning, and companionship, ensuring safety and comfort in the home setting.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliable transportation, and good communication with clients and families. Pay starts at $19 per hour with a flexible, part-time schedule; in-person work is required.
