Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background check required as a condition of employment.
• Previous caregiving experience or similar background preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and understanding is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and provide individualized support.

Responsabilidades

• Personal Care: assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Medication Reminders: help clients maintain prescribed schedules.
• Meal Preparation: prepare nutritious meals and hydration.
• Companionship: offer conversation, emotional support, and accompany to appointments.
• Health Observation: monitor and report changes in client conditions to the care team.

Conocimientos
