Job summary

Sagent Behavioral Health in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a CTSS In Home Therapist to provide community-based mental health services for children and families. The role operates onsite with a 2:00–8:00 pm CST schedule and offers full-time or part-time options, depending on licensure and program needs.

You will work under supervision, meet MN licensure requirements, hold a master's degree in behavioral sciences, and have a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Hold a Master's degree or higher in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Must meet MN Behavioral Health Practitioner requirements per statute.
• Licensed in MN as LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP or eligible for licensure.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive within 30-mile radius.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive mental health services in home, community, or school settings.
• Collaborate with families to identify goals and support functional improvement.
• Design and implement home-based treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Receive clinical supervision and pursue continuing education units.

Education

Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field

Licensed as LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP in Minnesota

Independent licensure readiness in mental health
