Qualifications

• Master's degree or graduate degree in behavioral sciences or related field.
• Licensure as LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP in Minnesota.
• Clinical Trainee requirements or independent licensure readiness.
• Desire to work with children and families in home/community settings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive within ~30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally responsive mental health skills to clients and families in home, community, or school.
• Assist clients in identifying goals for functional improvement and work to meet them.
• Design and implement in-home treatment reflecting client needs.
• Receive clinical supervision and pursue continuing education.
