Job summary

Catholic Charities Steuben/Livingston is seeking a Crisis Intervention Specialist to deliver in-home crisis services for youth and families. The role focuses on safety, stability, and well-being within the home and community, with a small caseload and multiple weekly visits.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s required), NY QHP license preferred, a valid NY driver’s license, and at least one year of relevant experience in community-based mental health or case

Qualifications

• Masters preferred; Bachelors required for this role.
• Experience in community-based mental health or case management.
• Licensed NY State QHP preferred and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, in-home crisis intervention to youth at risk and families.
• Carry a low caseload with multiple weekly visits for crisis services.
• Develop safety and treatment plans with youth and families, and coordinate with community resources.
