Qualifications

• A caring heart and genuine desire to make a difference.
• Patience and empathy in all interactions.

• Reliability and commitment to being there when needed.
• Physical stamina to provide active support throughout the day.
• Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required - we provide training).
• CPR and first aid knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish language skills (preferred).
