Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking a Community Support Coach to provide 1:1 in-home and community-based support for adults with developmental disabilities, working per diem 2-10 hours per week at Northshore location. You will help individuals build daily living and social skills, enabling greater independence in the Northshore community.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, coordinating with the GPS Program Director, and safely assisting clients in community activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home and community-based support to adults with developmental disabilities.
• Assist clients in accessing community locations (grocery stores, libraries, theaters, restaurants).
• Support goal-directed activities (light activity, arts, cooking).
• Complete documentation and timesheets accurately and timely.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow agency policies.
