Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care.
• Ambulation, transfers, gait belt and Hoyer lift assistance as appropriate.
• Meal preparation, companionship, social engagement, and light housekeeping.
• Transportation to errands and medical appointments; accompaniment as needed.
• Medication reminders and prescribed range-of-motion assistance.
• Blood glucose monitoring, Foley care, hospice/bed-bound care when trained.
