Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Richland, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, in-home care for veterans and DOE workers. You will perform ADLs, offer companionship, and monitor health in patients' homes.

The role requires a valid CNA credential, CPR, a driver's license, and the ability to work independently on a night shift with every other weekend commitment. We offer PTO, health benefits for full-time, EAP, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA certification (state-specific).
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement
• Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards
