Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently looking for dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to provide compassionate in-home care in Franklin, MA. We offer competitive hourly pay, weekly paychecks, and flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time roles with 20+ hours per week.

As a caregiver you will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal support, companionship, light housekeeping, and follow care plans. Active CNA/HHA/PCA certification and reliable, patient service are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification.
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes.
• Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
• Complete vaccination records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable home
• Follow individualized care plans and established routines
• Keep the care team informed of changes in clients’ needs or conditions
