Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• TX: Must have minimum one-year full-time experience in direct client care in hospital or nursing facility, OR one year full-time experience within last 5 years in direct client care in agency setting, OR documented completion of training and competency evaluation program with home health experience within last 24 months
• Preferred: Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days, 6+ months home care experience, ability to work flexible hours and independently

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and designated health-related services to maintain the patient’s physical and emotional well-being
• Report observations of the client’s condition to the agency director or accounts manager
• Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations during business travel
• Assist with household tasks directly essential to clients’ personal care
• Function in diverse home environments regardless of client background
