Job summary

MaineTouch LLC seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home support and personal care to adults and seniors. CNAs deliver one-on-one care in clients' homes, promoting comfort, safety, and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have active Maine CNA license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and daily care tasks.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred (assignment dependent).

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Providing mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation.
• Measuring and documenting vital signs and basic health observations.
• Supporting daily care tasks such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Assisting with meal service and feeding when needed.
• Offering companionship and emotional support while encouraging independence.
• Reporting concerns promptly to nursing or supervisory staff.
• Following infection control, safety procedures, and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.
