Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring CNAs to provide in-home care in Barnwell, SC. You will work under the RN/Case Manager, assisting with personal care and daily activities to keep clients comfortable at home.

We offer flexible schedules (part-time and full-time), weekly pay, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Active SC CNA license, CPR, and TB test are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in SC or applicable state.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
• Ability to follow care plans and document care.

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Patient hygiene including bathing, oral care and grooming.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with meals.
• Follow written assignment and submit documentation.
