Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring CNAs to provide in-home care in Modoc, SC. You will work one-on-one with clients, performing personal care under the direction of the RN/Case Manager to support health, quality of life, and peace of mind.

You can create your own schedule with Part-Time and Full-Time roles, and PCM offers weekly pay, healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision, as well as HSA & FSA options to help you save.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state(s) of practice.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Patient hygiene including bathing, grooming, and oral care.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment with meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Follow written assignment directions and complete documentation.
• Provide in-home care under RN/Case Manager supervision.
