Job summary

Assisting Hands of Potomac is seeking in-home Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Caregivers in Potomac and surrounding areas. Earn $19 per hour with flexible hours and meaningful work helping seniors and disabled individuals live comfortably at home.

We offer paid orientation and dementia care training, a supportive family-owned culture, and immediate openings. Responsibilities include compassionate non-medical care, bathing, mobility assistance, meals, light housekeeping, and transportation

Qualifications

• Current Maryland CNA license, HHA or PCA certification required
• Valid CPR certification and recent PPD (Tuberculosis) test or chest X-ray
• Criminal background check clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate non-medical care and companionship to elderly and disabled clients
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Prepare nutritious meals and light housekeeping
• Transport clients to appointments and activities; encourage social engagement
• Maintain accurate care records and communicate changes to nursing team
• Follow individualized patient care plans
