Job summary

ENGYJ is hiring in-home Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support seniors and disabled individuals in Potomac, MD and surrounding areas. This role offers flexible hours, meaningful work, and immediate openings with paid orientation and training.

You will provide compassionate non-medical care, assist with daily activities, prepare meals, and help clients stay independent at home while following individualized care plans and communicating with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Maryland CNA license or equivalent required.
• HHA or PCA certification required.
• CPR certification current.
• Background check clearance required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate non-medical care and companionship to elderly and disabled clients.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Prepare nutritious meals and light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Encourage social engagement and participation in community events.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
• Follow individualized care plans.
