Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical caregiving tasks.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong reliability, professionalism, and empathy for others.

Responsibilities

• Build consistent relationships and provide meaningful companionship.
• Support personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting) with dignity and respect.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Assist with meals, errands, and daily routines.
• Provide medication reminders and safe transfers.
• Document care and communicate updates to support clients effectively.
