Qualifications

• Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR FIRST/AID & AED certification from the American Heart Association.
• TB test result required.
• Previous experience in hospital or home health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hygiene and daily living assistance, including bathing and dressing.
• Document independently intake and output of patients.
• Assist patients with home exercises and maintain a safe environment.
• Report any changes to the charge nurse.
