Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Amarillo, TX to deliver compassionate, in-home care to individuals who served in energy-related programs. You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and document care plans to support quality of life in patients' homes.

We offer full-time day and night shifts; must hold Texas CNA certification, CPR, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification in Texas is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently in a non-institutional setting; home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition and document accurately per EMR standards.
• Follow care plans and ensure consistent, relationship-based care in patients' homes.
