BrightStar Care of Lawrenceville is seeking a compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality in-home care to a client in Cumming, Georgia and surrounding areas. Join a supportive team with competitive pay and weekly payroll.

The role includes lifting, transfers with a Hoyer lift, and assisting with daily living activities in a client’s home, following an individualized care plan.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Hoyer lift transfers is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.
• Ability to work independently while following the established care plan.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Safely assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift in accordance with training and the care plan.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the appropriate nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Follow the established Plan of Care and all applicable policies and procedures.
• Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality.
