Job summary

Senior Helpers Cheyenne is seeking a compassionate CNA-level caregiver to provide non-medical in-home support in Cheyenne, WY. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, meal preparation, and companionship, while maintaining client safety and dignity.

You will document tasks using our mobile app, communicate with families and supervisors, and participate in a team that values reliability, empathy, and professional care for aging adults at home.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of professional CNA-level caregiving experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Legal identification and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling, communication, and documentation.
• Must be available for at least 25 to 30 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Initiate friendly, engaging conversations with clients to help them feel heard and valued.
• Assist with walking, dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and other personal care tasks.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and support safe eating routines.
• Observe mobility and changes, reporting concerns promptly through the app.
• Use the caregiver app to clock in/out and update client notes in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with families, supervisors, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
