Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires successful completion of a nursing assistant/home health aide or competency training program as applicable per state regulations.
• CPR certification and First Aid training as applicable per state regulations.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given.
• Meets background investigation requirements.
• Completion of Maxim’s clinical competency program with 80%+ score.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care activities such as showering, bathing, and dressing.
• Take and record oral and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered.
• Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers, and use of transfer devices.
• Support with range of motion exercises and simple procedures as ordered.
