Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks an ISO Home Based Clinician to provide in-home therapeutic services for children, youth, adults, and families. You will work under the clinical supervisor, leading treatment plans and coordinating with DCYF and schools in home and community settings.

Responsibilities include case management, documentation, and court reporting. Evening availability and reliable transportation are required for visits, with a $1000 stay-on bonus for joining the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field per NH guidelines.
• Two years minimum clinical experience working with children, adolescents, youth and families in home or community settings preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related field per NH guidelines.
• Five years minimum clinical experience in home or community settings preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; proof of insurance required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – no sponsorship available at this time.
• Access to high speed secure internet required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned caseload and ensures proper in-home service implementation per DCYF referrals.
• Collaborates with DCYF to respond to referrals, develop treatment plans, and participate in treatment meetings.
• Develops measurable treatment plans with families and DCYF.
• Documents assessments and reports to meet service delivery requirements.
• Presents progress to the court system in person or in writing as requested.
• Provides in-home and community-based therapeutic interventions to clients and families.

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field
