Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking an in-home caregiver in Utah to provide compassionate care for children in clients' homes, from infancy to school age. This part-time role allows flexible scheduling and requires a background check, reliable transportation, and a mobile phone.

You will engage children with age-appropriate activities, monitor safety, and coordinate with families to support daily routines. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone required.
• At least 1 year of child care experience outside of friends/family.
• Experience with children from infant to 12 years old.

Responsibilities

• Care for infant to school-aged children in their own homes – no transporting kids or chores required.
• Engage children in hands-on activities tailored to their interests and needs.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care.
