Job summary

The Tennyson Center for Children is seeking a Community Based Clinician to provide in-home and community-based therapy for children 5-18 in the Denver Metro area. The role includes case management, care coordination, and individual/family therapy across a rotating caseload.

You'll work Sunday-Thursday with some evenings and one weekend day, travel to client homes and schools, and participate in supervision. A Master's in a relevant field and licensure eligibility in Colorado are required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Licensed as LCSW/LPC/LMFT; LMFT not on staff; supervision for licensure hours.
• Registered with Colorado's DORA in good standing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Colorado driver’s license within 30 days; personal auto insurance.
• Pre-employment drug test and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive in-home individual and family therapy for children/adolescents.
• Support ~5-8 clients; meet families twice weekly for 2-hour sessions.
• Schedule Tue-Sat; evenings/weekends as needed.
• Develop treatment and safety plans for each client.
• Provide crisis consultation Tue-Sat until 8–9 pm.
• Complete timely documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate care with referral services and collaborators.
• Maintain cultural competency and follow agency policies.
• Attend weekly clinical supervision and group supervision.
• Maintain licensure/candidacy; complete credentialing requirements.
• Other related duties as assigned.
