Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a related role, such as Companion, Social Worker, or Mental Health Counselor.
• First aid and CPR certification required.
• Psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with organization and planning of daily activities.
• Help client develop a life plan for more independence.
• Manage medication levels and refills.
• Communicate with the medical team and family on the client's status.
