Lifesteps is hiring Caregivers for the Gibsonia, PA area.

Lifesteps, a local human service agency with over 100 years of experience, is immediately hiring compassionate staff to work with adults with disabilities in a residential home setting in Gibsonia, PA.

Position: Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist adults with daily living skills and home care tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care, medication administration, and goal setting.

We offer steady, full-time hours with shifts from Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm - 9:30 pm. Part-time hours with flexible scheduling are also available.

No experience is necessary; paid training is provided! Experienced home health aides and direct support professionals are welcome to apply.

Position Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
