Job summary

Assured Quality Homecare (ASQ) will train you as a Paid Personal Care Aide in Norwich, Connecticut. No prior caregiving experience is required, and the program offers paid training with potential employment after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to attend every scheduled training session.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Support safe walking, mobility, transfers, and exercises.
• Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
• Provide medication reminders and companionship.
• Complete light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.

No professional caregiving experience is required. Selected applicants will receive paid training through Empower Training Academy at our Norwich corporate office.

Attendance Is Required

This is a professional training and employment opportunity. Attendance at every class is mandatory. Participants must arrive on time, remain engaged, complete all program requirements, and be prepared to begin working after graduation.
