• Must be reliable with strong communication and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide memory care and specialized support for clients with dementia.
• Assist with activities of daily living and feeding when needed.
• Perform light household tasks and meal prep following care plans.
• Document client status and report changes to care team.
