Job summary

AmeriCare Plus in Williamsburg, VA is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to deliver high-quality in-home care. This role offers flexible schedules (Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN), weekly pay and benefits for eligible staff, and a meaningful opportunity to support clients in their own homes.

You’ll assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping and health monitoring.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• SS card and 2 professional references required.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
