Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on support and companionship to clients in Akron, Ohio and surrounding areas. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible, with responsibilities that include personal care, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and errand running.

We offer flexible scheduling, part-time opportunities, and the option for additional hours based on client needs and your availability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver\'s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• Providing companionship & emotional support
• Assisting with bathing & personal hygiene
• Assisting with dressing and grooming
• Toileting assistance
• Medication reminders
• Assisting with ambulation, walking, & safe mobility
• Assisting with positioning & transfers as appropriate
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping & laundry
• Running errands & assisting with shopping
• Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in client needs to the appropriate supervisor
