Happy to Help Caregiving - West Virginia is seeking a dependable on-call caregiver to support clients in Monongalia, Preston, and Marion counties. This on-site role requires standby readiness, quick response to shifts, and reliable transportation with mileage reimbursement.

You will provide companionship, personal care, and non-medical in-home support per each client’s care plan, with duties including documentation, safety adherence, and prompt communication with the care team.

Happy to Help Caregiving provides compassionate, non‑medical in‑home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We support families through companionship, personal care, respite care, and veteran‑focused services, always with an emphasis on dignity, respect, and dependable support.

About the role

Happy to Help Caregiving is hiring a dependable on‑call caregiver to support clients in Monongalia County, Preston County, and Marion County communities. This is an on‑site, client‑home role for someone who can remain ready during scheduled standby hours and respond quickly when a client shift opens.

Schedule and compensation

• Every other Saturday and Sunday, with core availability from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Worked hours are paid at the standard hourly rate for client care.
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Pay: $15-17 per hour

Service area and response expectations

• Serve client homes in Preston County, Marion County, and Monongalia County communities.
• Respond to dispatch notifications within five minutes.
• Leave for an assignment within 15 minutes.
• Be ready to arrive at the first assigned client home at 8:00 AM when needed.
• Keep your phone charged and audible, your vehicle reliable and fueled, and caregiving supplies ready.
• Travel is required ; mileage reimbursement is available according to company policy.

What you will do

• CNA certification is preferred but not required.
