Job summary

Honor is hiring caregivers to support seniors in San Mateo, CA, in their own homes. You’ll use technology and teamwork to provide compassionate care, with weekly pay and benefits. The role offers consistent client assignments, training, and access to a mobile app for real-time updates and earnings tracking.

Compensation is $20.75–$22.00 per hour, with full-time hours available. Enjoy sick leave accrual, paid holidays at 1.5x, benefits, and a 401(k) match where eligible.

Qualifications

• Will be able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking/reading/writing abilities; bilingual/multi-language encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
• Dedicated support from our team, available 24/7.
• Leverage our mobile app for real-time client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking.
