Job summary

Honor is hiring a Caregiver / Care Professional in San Mateo, CA. You will deliver compassionate in-home care using technology and team support to help seniors live safely at home.

The role emphasizes building relationships, assisting with meals and light housekeeping, and personal care tasks, with 24/7 team support and a mobile app for updates and scheduling. Salary ranges from $20.75 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits including sick leave, holidays, and eligibility-based medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build relationships.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing abilities (bilingual/multilingual encouraged).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom use and managing incontinence.
• Dedicated support from our team, available 24/7.
• Leverage our mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management and earnings tracking.
