A leading nonprofit organization is urgently hiring In Home Caregivers to provide compassionate support and services to seniors in their homes. The role offers flexible shifts, ongoing paid training, and a range of benefits, including performance incentives and referral bonuses. Ideal candidates are empathetic, have some caregiving experience, and are driven to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families.
Pay Range: $20.91- $22.14 per hour for hourly shifts
Job Type:Per Diem, Part Time & Full Time available
Shift and Schedule:4 hour, 8 hour, & 12 hour shifts available (we will work with your schedule!)
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months experience providing non-medical in home caregiving services, Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States, and Basic English proficiency is required.
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required
Frequently required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
Frequently required to push and pull 0 to 150+ pounds
Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
Flexibility and ability to be cooperative in fulfilling role obligations
Ability to work independently, as well as function as a member of a Health Care Team
Good observational skills and sound judgment
