Job summary

AmeriCare Plus in Virginia is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA), and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide in-home personal care.

Join our team for flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules, weekly pay, benefits with FT, PPE provided, and ongoing training. Candidates must have CNA/NA/PCA certification, reliable transportation, valid Virginia driver's license, SS card and two references, and be compassionate and dependable.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver's license

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
