Family Resource Home Care is inviting compassionate caregivers to join their Snohomish County team in Washington. Earn $23.25–$23.75 per hour with higher shift differentials possible. The role includes flexible scheduling, weekly pay, consistent hours, 24/7 caregiver support, and hands-on training.

Candidates may train in-house if needed and will be matched with clients based on availability and preferences. No experience? Training is provided.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must own a smartphone with mobile app access.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as cleaning, cooking, grooming, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and monitor client condition.
• Document and report on client status to supervisors.

Pay Rate:

$23.25-23.75 (higher shift differentials may apply)

Our Snohomish branch supports Snohomish, Everett, Arlington, Granite Falls, Mountlake Terrace, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Marysville, Edmonds, Lynnwood and nearby surrounding areas! Our shifts and needs are ever-changing. Pay $22.50-$23.50 hr depending on the clients care level.

Example Shifts Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• 6 a.m.–10 a.m.
• 8 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
• 12 p.m.–2 p.m.
• 2 p.m.-4 p.m.
• MOST SHIFTS END BY 2 p.m. OR 4 p,m,

Caregiver Job Duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional Information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! The recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• Washington only – If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.

Requirements

• 18 years+
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10lbs and up to 50lb rarely.
• Must own a smart phone with capabilities to download and use a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
