SYNERGY HomeCare in Centralia and Chehalis is seeking caring Caregiver Professionals to join our in-home team. If you have a CNA or HCA license (or can register for class) and at least two years of in-home caregiver experience, we want to meet you.

We value warm leadership, the ability to take charge with a friendly demeanor, and the skill to build routines that meet client needs. A High School Diploma is the minimum requirement and previous home-care supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CNA or HCA license (or ability to register for class).
• Two years experience as an in-home caregiver.
• Two years supervisory or management experience in home care preferred.
• High School Diploma is minimum.
