Decena Home Care in Northern Virginia seeks a dedicated caregiver for full-time, part-time, or PRN on-site work. You will perform homemaker tasks, private duty care, companionship, and travel assistance while maintaining client safety and comfort.

The role requires at least 2 years in caregiving, US work authorization, and appropriate certifications (CNA/PCA/HHA, CPR/First Aid). Excellent communication, reliability, and a compassionate demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in caregiving or a related field.
• Able to provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• US work authorization; sponsorship not available.
• Current CNA/PCA/HHA certification and CPR/First Aid.

Responsabilités

• Homemaker duties: shopping, light housekeeping, cooking, laundry and ironing.
• Private duty care: reminders, bathing, grooming, toileting.
• Provide companionship through activities, conversation, reading, games.
• Travel with clients and assist during trips with safety supervision.
• Support 24/7/overnight care including morning/evening routines.
• Deliver palliative care: pain and symptom management, emotional support.
