Alana Home Care in East Tennessee is seeking Full Time and Part Time In-Home Caregivers. Caregivers provide essential support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, working as part of a caring team to deliver high-quality, compassionate home care.

Compensation ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, with sign-on bonuses, paid training, and uniform provisions. 401(k) with company match and comprehensive benefits are also offered.

Qualifications

• You must live in the East Tennessee area.
• Reliability - attendance in working scheduled hours is important.
• Passion for assisting others.
• Reliable transportation and a personal phone for clocking in and out.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs multiple times per day.
