Alana Home Care in East Tennessee is seeking Full Time and Part Time In-Home Caregivers. Our caregivers provide personal care and support seniors and those with disabilities in their homes, with a focus on kindness and teamwork.

No experience is required as paid training is provided; multiple shifts available. Benefits include a 401(k) with company match, health, vision & dental, and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• Live in the East Tennessee area.
• Reliability and regular attendance are essential.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Personal phone for clocking in and out; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care activities to assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Assist with transfers, meal preparation, and 24/7 care support as needed.

Responsibilities

Caregiver performs personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living. These may include:

• Personal Hygiene
• Transfers
• Meal Preparation
• 24/7 Care: Assists clients living with a mobility disability

Requirements

• You must live in the East Tennessee area
• Reliability - Our clients depend on us and due to our commitment to them, attendance in working scheduled hours is important
• Passion for assisting othersReliable transportation and a personal phone for clocking in and out
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50lbs multiple times per day
