Job summary

Home Instead in the Phoenix area is hiring experienced in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home. This role offers steady work and meaningful relationships with the people you care for, with full-time or part-time options and a supportive team behind you.

You’ll provide companionship, assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines, while ensuring safety and independence at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirement
