Job summary

Home Instead in Surprise, AZ is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one care for seniors in their homes. This full-time opportunity offers steady work, benefits eligibility, and a supportive care team to ensure safe, independent living.

Paid training, a $700 referral program, and weekly pay with direct deposit are included. Minimum caregiving experience or active CNA/HHA/LPN/RN credentials are required, with flexibility for two weekly visits and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or active CNA/HHA/LPN/RN credentials.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Able to commit to at least two weekly shifts with the same client.
• Basic English speaking, reading and writing; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.
• Complete any required compliance, license, or registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support in the client's home.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
• Support safety, independence and well-being for seniors.
