Job summary

Home in the Heart Healthcare Agency seeks a compassionate Homemaker / Home Health Aide to provide non-medical, in-home support to clients in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Caregiving or personal care experience preferred.

• Must communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff.
• Background screenings and employment requirements required.
• Reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Help with transferring, mobility, and daily activities.
• Prepare light meals and assist with eating.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe client condition and report changes.
• Document services and clock in/out per EVV.
• Perform light housekeeping and errands as needed.
