Qualifications

• At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Provide companionship and engagement.
• Offer medication reminders and perform light housekeeping and errands.
• Follow care plans and observe changes in condition and report to supervisor.
