Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass background check, per state requirements.
• Pass drug screen, per state requirements.
• MUST be at least 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
• Provide meal preparation assistance: plan, prepare, serve meals, and assist with eating as needed.
• Provide personal care assistance: baths, dressing, grooming, denture care, skin care.
• Perform housekeeping tasks: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash, dusting, fridge cleaning, dishes.
• Handle laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, putting away; may use a laundromat.
• Assist with errands: grocery shopping, picking up medical supplies, post office visits.
• Be reliable, on time, and rarely absent.
