Job summary

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking Personal Care Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants for in-home care in the Bourbonnais, IL area. You will support patients with daily living activities, meal prep, personal care, and light housekeeping while maintaining confidentiality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required by state regulations.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Assist with meal preparation and serving; help patient eat.
• Assist with personal care (baths, dressing, grooming, denture care, skin care).
• Perform housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dishes, trash, etc.).
• Handle laundry (washing, drying, folding, putting away).
• Run errands (grocery shopping, pick up supplies, post office).
• Be reliable, dependable and punctual.
